Our various lifestyle setups, including unique furnishings and backdrops, offer endless possibilities for your shoot. For example, the wall by the dining area can be transformed into a traditional studio with a backdrop for specific photography needs. We take care of every detail to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience. And with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with premium teas, coffee, snacks, and bubbly, you can fuel your creativity and celebrate your accomplishments. I am always at hand to assist throughout your booking to ensure you have everything you need. You can also connect your music to our speakers to set the perfect vibe for your shoot.
The entire apartment is available to hire, please specify in your booking which room you would like to use. There is underground parking available for 1 car and metered parking available just up the road.
Prices
Overtime Arrangements: If your shoot extends beyond the agreed-upon booking time, please note that overtime will be charged at a rate of 1.5 times the regular hourly rate. To avoid any confusion, please ensure that any overtime arrangements are confirmed and agreed upon before the additional shooting time begins.

Booking enquiries:
Please provide details of dates, hours, number of people, and areas required for shoot and production/HMU, plus the name of the artist for music videos.
Corporate, press, business, product, and PR events are very welcome, locations are not available to rent for private parties or private events
Terms: Hire time includes first-person arrival to the last person leaving
Hirer must have adequate damage and public liability insurance
House Rules:
- No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs in houses, gardens, and pools
- Eating and drinking in designated areas only
- Shoes off inside locations, or shoe protection used
- Smoke and haze may be used with agreement
- Please ask to move furniture, art, or furnishings
- All rubbish to be removed at the end of the hire

Welcome to my newly built apartment (built-in 2022), offering a perfect setting for your photo and video shoots. Step inside this airy and light-filled residence with large windows. An easy palette of monochrome tones which means it's very customizable to your individual needs without too much upheaval. Decorated it in a very minimal and modern way.
The property features an open-plan kitchen and a balcony that overlooks the River Thames in one direction and the airport runway in another direction. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
