This venue was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our engagement party! Thank you very much for everything and being so helpful from the get-go, a special shout to Domi who has continuously been helping us since September to make the day go smooth! The service from start to finish was amazing, our interactions with every staff member were outstanding. We cannot fault this venue in any way and would not hesitate to come back and we will be looking to hold any future parties here.

Friendly staff upstairs (not in the Club Room)
The bloke behind the bar was in a really filthy tshirt and shorts and looked really hacked off the whole time to the extent that we had to ask if we'd done something to offend him (we hadn't). Not great for a party vibe. Couldn't believe naff plastic glasses for prosecco were brought out. I asked for glass glasses - we got some initially but then I later saw half the guests (and myself) given plastic again like some cheap picnic. The DJ turned up an hour and 15 mins late (had a pretty disastrous effect on the party that was predominantly meant for dancing) but it may not have been his fault with the trains but the venue didn't have any other music going either. Then when he finally arrived, they turned off the music we had on via the phone, so that for another 10 mins there was nothing! Awful. Felt embarrassed for the lack of vibe it again created. Thank goodness for the nice staff upstairs who at least helped with getting our iphone connected to play something as people arrived to a non existent party atmosphere. I should not have had to worry about any of that having made sure everything was ready well before the date. Disappointing.
