A bright and airy space on the edge of South Park. The Pavilion sits slightly further away from the rest of the Centre but benefits from its own kitchen space and bathroom making it ideal for children’s parties, dinner parties, wellness sessions and workshops.

Outdoor space in South Park can be booked from the Council’s Sports Bookings team via SEACC.

Setting up and tidying away is included within the hired time and is the responsibility of the hirer
Any waste that exceeds more than one bag is to be taken away by the hirer
All equipment must be returned to its rightful place and the facility left clean and tidy
SEACC reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time if circumstances require it
The hirer agrees to provide on request any necessary information on risk assessments, public liability insurance and membership
The hirer must inform the Bookings Administrator if they wish to provide alcohol
Booking form to be sent back within 3 working days of receiving it
All events must finish by 11 pm unless otherwise agreed with the Centre Director
The booking is not confirmed until payment has been made in full and the booking form has been returned to the Bookings Administrator
No alterations, additions or attachments may be made to the premises without prior agreement with the Centre Director
The hirer must report any accidents that happen on site to a member of SEACC staff and complete the relevant section in the accident book
The hirer agrees to be present during the hire and to fully comply with the hire condition and standard Terms and Conditions

Good space, close to the park so it was ideal for spring and good value for money. The team was also helpful during the booking process.
The space had not been cleaned or set up for the number of guests prior to the booking. Additionally, we left the door open due to the good weather, but a few passers-by came in unannounced to use the facility’s toilets. A note by the door might have helped prevent uninvited guests from coming in, as they assumed it was a public space.
