Our courtyard space is ideal for private event hires and filming, offering a range of features to enhance your experience. The space includes scope for food traders, a flexible set-up, an outdoor bar, and a DJ booth. The perimeter wall, created with IBC tanks, lights up in technicolor at sundown to create a stunning feature wall. External power is available with 2 standard 13 amp sockets and 1 single-phase 16 amp commando socket.

Based within a transformed 1960's industrial warehouse, this near 8,500sq/ft ground floor blank canvas offers ultra-flexible space ideal for late night events, filming & photography; product launches & brand activations; fashion and private hires.
