Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I paid £320 for four hours of private hire for a fashion shoot with my client, but the host mistakenly believed my booking started at 11am instead of 10am. As a result, the venue was still being organised and tidied during my paid booking time, disrupting the shoot and damaging the smooth, professional experience I wanted to provide for my client. The white backdrop was ripped and too short for the model. The host refused several times to install it and kept pressuring me to do it myself, even though I repeatedly explained that I had no knowledge or experience of installing studio backdrops. She eventually installed it only after I insisted. Other prospective guests were also allowed to enter and tour the venue during my supposedly private hire. A dog was present and caused significant distress to a member of my team, and no clear access instructions were provided beforehand. The studio also lacks proper professional lighting equipment, so on a cloudy London day there is insufficient reliable light for a professional fashion shoot. Despite raising these issues with evidence through Tagvenue, the studio refused any refund or compensation. I would not recommend this venue for professional fashion or client photoshoots.

Yes, there are three rails in total (5ft and 6ft single, and 3ft double) at the studio, and only one table, apart from the other smaller props tables in the space.
