Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult
Host rules
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your slot.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Changes made within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No-shows will result in full loss of payment.
All furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original position and condition.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, or furniture during their booking.
Timeless Rooms reserves the right to charge for any repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning required.
Your booking includes setup and pack-down time.
Please ensure you vacate the studio promptly at the end of your session failure to do so will result in an overtime charge of £60 per hour plus a £60 late fee will apply.
Overtime is subject to availability and may impact subsequent bookings.
Please avoid using oils, glitter or anything that could stain or damage the furniture.
Any faults or damages must be reported immediately.
Only the number of guests agreed at the time of booking are permitted in the studio.
Additional guests may be refused entry or incur extra charges.
Clients are fully responsible for all content created within the studio.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Illegal or unsafe activities
Explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
Use of substances or behaviour that may damage the space
The studio reserves the right to terminate a session if these terms are breached.
All clients and guests enter and use the studio at their own risk.
The studio is not liable for:
Injury sustained during the booking
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Please arrive on time to ensure full use of your session.
Late arrival will not extend your booking time.
The studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary, including but not limited to breaches of these terms.
