About this space

Our marquee outside on the roof terrace is a heated (with fans and aircon) space, offering a bright, elegant, and flexible setting for professional gatherings, ideal for workshops, presentations, training sessions, and team meetings. For a fully indoor room, please enquire about our small meeting room (2–3 people, £20/hour).The space is designed to accommodate 10-12 people in a ballroom-style and 16 people in a theater style seating arrangement, the space is ideal for meetings, training sessions, workshops, and small events. Located on our terrace, the marquee combines natural light and a refined atmosphere to create a productive and welcoming environment. The space is available for use Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and water throughout the day. For added comfort, the marquee is equipped with both air conditioning and heating, visitors also have access to an on-site toilet and a communal-use kitchen. To support your meeting needs, we can provide a whiteboard, flatscreen TV, and projector upon request. Wi-Fi is available at no additional cost, and we are proud to offer a pet-friendly environment!

Friendly receptionist.

The building is low quality, slightly dirty and decrepit. WiFi speed at 90 Mbps is too slow for a decent video conference. The 'meeting room' is just a tent on a roof terrace. Although fan heaters and an a/c were provided I imagine the tent would be unbearable on a hot day and miserable in winter. When it rained the noise on the tent roof was too loud for the room to be usable. I was about to criticise the 'free coffee' because I thought I had seen something saying this was offered (it consisted of a capsule machine with no capsules and a Gaggia machine still full of old grounds with a random assortment of mugs that look like they came from a junk shop) - however, I may have been mistaken and this was not meant to be offered. No mention on profile. The venue was relatively cheap but still poor value.
