About this space

UGCP is a Blank Canvas in London North Studios: a raw, columned industrial shell that provides an open, reconfigurable floorplate for bespoke set builds and technical layouts.

Design: The space presents a utilitarian industrial interior with exposed ceiling services, fluorescent strip lighting, painted concrete columns and a smooth concrete floor, producing a bright, work-ready environment arranged in regular column bays.

Features: The room has Wi‑Fi, permits own music and external DJs and operates under a noise-restriction policy. The floor is hard-wearing concrete and the layout is defined by a grid of structural columns, providing a robust base for equipment and set builds. Step‑free access and wheelchair-accessible circulation are provided.

Ideal for: Production crews and technical teams needing a flexible, work-focused floor for set construction, rehearsals or equipment testing.

What guests say: The space is clean and efficiently managed and supported by friendly, professional staff.
