AMP Studios is situated just off the Old Kent Road, in two railway arches with a generous, uniquely designed pavilion and
courtyard space. The space is a blank canvas, dry hire venue. You can decide your own food and drink, set-up a bar if you
wish and decorate them to match your personal style.
The nearest stations are Queens Road Peckham (10-minute walk) or New Cross Gate (20-minute walk or 5-minute bus), as
well as a number of buses along the Old Kent Road.
The large shutters at the front of each arch allow for vehicles to be driven in if required, plus the courtyard which allows for
food truck vans.
The space is licensed for music, alcohol, performance, films and dance until midnight.
It is also licensed for wedding ceremonies.

Wedding Receptions: £4000 (£500 deposit) - 11am - 1am
For a five hour PRIVATE event our typical rates are:
Up to 100 people (including staff) £1,600
Up to 200 people (including staff) £2,100
Up to 300 people (including staff) £2,800
For a five hour PUBLIC / MARKETED event our standard rates are:
Up to 100 people (including staff) £1,950
Up to 200 people (including staff) £2,700

The rate includes:
- SIA registered door supervisors (number of security guards depends on the nature of the event and whether it’s private or public)
-A venue manager and assistant(s)
-Tables and chairs (17 tables and 106 charis)
-Use of 3 WCs ( 2 external cabins and the accessible WC in arch 4)
-1 500l refuse bin / 1 500l recycling bin

Rules of the space
-Typical access is from 4pm with an event starting at 7 pm. Early access can be arranged.
-Events typically end at 11.30pm - midnight.
-The site must be cleared and cleaned by 1am on the night of the event.
-Anyone selling alcohol on site must be authorised to do so by our designated premises supervisor
- All alcohol must be served /poured / monitored. No BYOB for individual guests
-We operate a zero drugs policy
-We operate a challenge 25 policy
-No drinks will be allowed outside after 10.45pm
-Noise must not be audible from our nearest residential neighbour and so there is a limit of 85 decibels audible within the courtyard.
-When music is playing or noise levels are at 85db the arch shutters will need to be shut at 9pm with no exceptions.
-The arches are a blank canvas and can be kitted out and decorated for your event. Only light decor may be hung from the existing lighting conduit, any heavy equipment or deoc must be installed on free standing poles.
