The management was welcoming and helpful from the first meeting, including the sound team from the start and on the day you had an event manager, sound engineer and screen tech which made the process easy.

Food was amazing, good value! Venue itself was great, loved the outdoor space and the club area. We'd recommend still for future work socials.

No one really greeted us when we got there, so we didn't really know where to go/what to do. Some of the staff were very abrupt and quite rude when asked questions, even just where they needed to go, which made some of the guests feel a bit put off. We'd asked to have the place all evening but were being told at 10pm it was closing, I managed to speak to Terrie who let us stay until 11pm which was fine. We were also told we'd have a cloakroom and didn't.
