Garden Reception is a Garden at Six Park Place defined by a compact, sheltered layout that reads as an intimate outdoor room.
Design: The garden presents layered shrubs, gravel paths and timber screening that form a sheltered, low‑scale composition with filtered daylight. A linear arrangement and contained proportions make the space feel orderly and intimate.
Features: The space includes Wi‑Fi and a PA system with speakers. The space permits own music and the use of external DJs.
Ideal for: Intimate gatherings seeking a relaxed, social outdoor format suitable for seated dinners or standing receptions.
What sets it apart: A raised, trellis‑screened dining platform provides a clear focal area for meals or presentations within the garden.

CANCELLATION
In the unfortunate circumstances the Event Date is terminated or cancelled, the Client should notify Six Park Place in writing of such cancellation and the following terms will apply:-
• Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the Event Date –
100% refund of the Minimum Catering Spend/Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Between 89 days and 60 days prior to Event date –
25% payable by the Client of the Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Between 59-30 days prior to Event Date –
50% payable by the client of Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days prior to Event Date –
All deposits paid for the Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire is retained in full.
In the event that the deposits paid do not cover the Suppliers committed costs then a subsequent invoice will be issued and payable by the Client within 15 days of the invoice date.
The Supplier reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In this instance the Supplier will pay a full refund if an alternative date is not available or an alternative venue is not agreeable with the Client.

No. As the venue is located within a residential area, amplified music is not permitted.
No. Room hire is charged separately, in addition to the catering spend.
Yes, live entertainment such as jazz or classical is welcome for exclusive hire, although amplified music is not permitted.
Yes, the Garden can be hired on an exclusive-use basis.
No. Due to the semi-private nature of the space, requests for poppers, coloured smoke, or colour blast are not accommodated.
