CANCELLATION
In the unfortunate circumstances the Event Date is terminated or cancelled, the Client should notify Six Park Place in writing of such cancellation and the following terms will apply:-
• Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the Event Date –
100% refund of the Minimum Catering Spend/Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Between 89 days and 60 days prior to Event date –
25% payable by the Client of the Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Between 59-30 days prior to Event Date –
50% payable by the client of Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days prior to Event Date –
All deposits paid for the Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire is retained in full.
In the event that the deposits paid do not cover the Suppliers committed costs then a subsequent invoice will be issued and payable by the Client within 15 days of the invoice date.
The Supplier reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In this instance the Supplier will pay a full refund if an alternative date is not available or an alternative venue is not agreeable with the Client.

I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in helping us bring the proposal to life. The evening was a huge success, and client absolutely loved everything. From my very first visit, I was impressed by how welcoming and accommodating the team was. Being allowed to park, being shown around, and having the freedom and support to put our plans into place made the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable. On the day itself, everything ran smoothly, and your professionalism, flexibility, and kindness did not go unnoticed. Ambiance: The Park Room is beautiful and cozy. Its early XX century style creates a special atmosphere of timeless international friendship. Its oval shape and round table naturally bring people together and make an excellent focal point for an event. Service: The staff was attentive, helpful, and well-coordinated.
