Very poor communication
We booked a viewing of the site with Estelle in November 2023. Having travelled an hour to the site, they contacted us 25 minutes before the viewing to say they had double booked us. We were already nearly there, so called to say we were on our way. 5 minutes before arrival, Estelle emailed to say she wasn't even there but that her assistant Johan would show us around. Upon arrival, Johan was surly and rude. He could not shoe us any of the space, but begrudgingly gave us 5 minutes of looking at a room in use for another event. They offered for us to rebook. We do not want to - we just want the wasted hours of our lives back.
