The staff at the venue were excellent - very attentive to our needs and provided excellent catering throughout the day. They were professional and very friendly, and we really appreciated their support and speed in helping us. The meeting area was laid out as we agreed, and it was a flexible, adaptable space that meant we had lots of room for breakout sessions.
In the planning stages, I shared dietary requirements for our team with the events manager, but these were unfortunately not shared with the staff on the day. This meant that they had to really scramble to get everything ready for lunch, and weren't able to provide breakfast for everyone. This was disappointing, but absolutely not the fault of the staff who assisted us on the day - they were keen to make things right.
