Design: The principal reception room has original sash windows, tall cornice and a working fireplace paired with dark hardwood floors and full-length curtains. The interior pairs period joinery with contemporary furniture, including a tufted white sofa, leather accent chairs, a cowhide rug and a statement chandelier.
Features: The apartment provides high-speed Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The living room contains built-in cupboards and clear floor space suitable for temporary equipment or catering stations. The layout allows flexible furniture arrangements around the central fireplace.

Welcome! Please review and follow these house rules to ensure a smooth and successful shoot:
1.Arrival Preparation: Notify us via WhatsApp 10 minutes before arrival so we can prepare and welcome you.
2.No Congregation: Avoid gathering in the communal gardens, or in front of the venue to respect our neighbours.
3.Occupancy Limit : The maximum occupancy limit, outlined in the agreement or platform terms, must be strictly adhered to and not exceeded. Additional guests, interviewees, or crew members attending the shoot must be disclosed in advance.
4.Property Care: This venue is a home that has some heritage features. Handle everything with care. Avoid dragging suitcases on tiles or wooden floors. Toilets are delicate; flush gently without forcing the handle. All heavy equipment must be stored in the garden
6.No Exterior Filming: Exterior filming or photography requires prior approval.
7.Shoe Policy: Remove shoes indoors. If necessary for the shoot, please use shoe covers.
8.Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed indoors or near the front door. Please use the garden.9.Fire Safety: Do not use candles, fires, or fireplaces without approval.
9.Noise Control: Keep noise low; no loud music or disruptive activities.
10.Time Management: Prep and wrap-up time are included in your booking. For extensions, contact us via WhatsApp.
11.Restoration: Leave the property as you found it: clean, tidy, furniture in place, lights and radiators off, and bin bags in the garden.
