About this space

We provide a relaxed informal meeting space for 8no. guests in a former furniture warehouse built in the 1890s. We have a meeting table for 8 people, a breakout sofa area with smart TV, an open-plan kitchen, and a toilet.

The 90sq.m space has 3m high ceilings and huge sash windows on each end letting in lots of natural daylight. The walls are exposed London stock brickwork, the floor is the original distressed pitch pine with all its scars and blemishes. The space brims with books, eclectic art, vintage artifacts, and classic mid-century furniture.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a pod coffee machine, microwave oven, and classic Smeg gas hob and is complete with poured concrete worktops and central island.
