About this space
Originally built as a Billiard's Hall, King’s House is an exciting new multi-purpose venue, right in the heart of London. We are incredibly excited about the space, and want to welcome a wide-range of creative projects and events.
The Upper Room, with a capacity of 200 (seated) and 220 (standing), is a modern and exciting space which exists as the centrae of the building. It has full PA/AV capabilities, as well as the opportunity to use it to live-stream your event.
Each of the 'smaller' rooms in the building have AirPlay/Screen Mirroring capabilities and are perfect for hosting seminars and breakout sessions during your conferences and meetings.
Whether you need a space for filming, photography, workshops, conferences, team away days, or live music, we exist to be a genuinely affordable venue for our local business community, creatives, charities, and purpose-driven organisations in King’s Cross and beyond.

Live-streaming/Hybrid: £240+/hour
Teas & Coffees = £3.50 per person
Event Assistance (Mandatory) = £50/hour for Venue Lead & Venue Assistant
Additional Event Assistance (Optional) + £23/hour per additional Venue Assistant

The room comes as a dry-hire; any production & AV can be added as extras. The room is flexible: it can be set up in theatre, cabaret, classroom or board room layouts. We are set-up for live streaming.
Rates given assume a minimum hire for 4 hours. Bookings must finish and vacate the building by 11pm.
Because King's House is all about providing hope & support to more vulnerable members of the community & local area, we do not accept bookings relating to industries that have a detrimental impact on the welfare of individuals. No sweepstake, raffle, tombola, lottery or other form of gambling is to be permitted without prior consent. For this reason the hirer must honestly declare and fully represent at the outset the purpose for hiring the space - any actual or apparent misrepresentation may result in a cancellation of a booking without further liability.
