Communication between ourselves and event organisers were very prompt and flexible. Answered queries and any last minute changes that were requested. Allowed us to drop off merchandise a day before the event. Food service was great, friendly and smiley, food was fresh and well served.

Toilets were out of order on the top floor and the toilets downstairs were faulty, floor was constantly flooded with water (although cleaner tried best to come by to clear this). Needed more signage to direct our attendees as people found it difficult to locate due to the venue being really big.
