Host rules
• No smoking in the building
• Outside catering is not allowed
• No physical ID no Entry
• The venue management reserve the right to refuse entry
• Preventing Public Nuisance
• Anyone waiting for transportation outside the premises will be encouraged and asked to stay until the transport arrives
• Any guests who have a car will be escorted out, and they are instructed not to play loud music or rev their engines outside when picking up the remaining guests if any
• At any given time, no more than five guests may be present in the smoking area.
• Any Person found either possessing, using, or distributing any type of drug will be banned from the premises and reported to the Police
• Dress code is smart and elegant. Hats are not permitted.
• Being a licensed premise, our management & security team have the right to refuse entry.
• All staff and Security will be supplied by Ricco Lounge.
• Ricco Lounge security and management have the right of refusal to entry.
• Number of attending guests must not exceed 120 persons.
• All min spends agreed in writing by Ricco Lounge prior to the confirmed booking.
• Images and videography to be sent to Ricco Lounge post-event where applicable.
• All guests must bring a valid proof ID showing at least the age of 18 years old. (Physical Passport/Driving License) to be scanned by security on entry.
• Any deposits paid will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. If there are any incidents that occur inside the venue during the event which cause the venue to close early due to a circumstance that cannot be controlled or has the possibility to escalate Ricco Lounge management will make a decision to terminate the event early Ricco Lounge management will discuss with the organizers if Ricco Lounge feels the incident could have been prevented or due to the negligence in checks by the event organizers.
• Ricco Lounge is able to request compensation for any revenue lost up to the minimum spend.
