The room was fantastic and Mat and all the team were very helpful from beginning to end.
The only problem was the plumbing issue with the men's toilets, which of course can't be helped. But it seemed no plumber turned up and the disabled toilet downstairs wasn't opened for men to use.

Manager and one staff member with the curly hair were very friendly the other staff member had a bit of an attitude a lot of our guest noticed this. However everything else was amazing Thank you for a great night
