Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The booking process was seamless, and the event manager was incredibly patient and accommodating with all my changes and surprise requests. On the night, the room setup was beautiful, and the servers were exceptional. Attentive, warm, and proactive without being intrusive. They anticipated our needs beautifully, from topping up drinks to timing the courses perfectly. The food was outstanding and our guests are still raving about it. What really stood out was how the entire team made us feel, not just like customers, but like honored guests. It was a milestone celebration for my husband, and the A-star service made it a memory we'll treasure forever. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

The waiter in our room was especially amazing. He was very thoughtful, fun and helpful throughout our visit. The room was made to our specification perfectly. We were allowed to stay beyond our time and that was very kind of you. A great Christmas day meal and it all went perfectly!
Only minor issue is that the drinks didn't arrive til 10 mins into our allotted time and we were about 30 mins early so we spent 40 mins twiddling thumbs.

The Ampersand Hotel is a modern boutique hotel located by Kensington High Road Station. I used the Hotel Private Dining rooms for a 60th Birthday Drinks Reception and Dinner Party. We made use of the Library for the drinks reception and their Games Room for the Private Dining. The staff on the night were very friendly and did a good job taking care of my quests and I. Special mention for Joanne who was especially helpful and accommodating and did well to ensure the night went well.
Unfortunately the Audi Visual Equipment in the Games room was not working and had obviously not been checked beforehand. The staff on the night tried their best to get the TV Screen in the Games Room to work but without success as their appears to have been some WIFI Issues. This was very disappointing as we were unable to screen the photos and slideshow that had been prepared at great time and cost. It is disappointing to see that the Visual Equipment and facility had not been checked before the event.
