Exceptionally good service, lovely facilities
Great location, nice cozy room. Service was excellent. Some food selections looked better than they tasted but overall a very nice presentation. Good technology options. We felt well looked-after and our group really enjoyed it.
Was fairly expensive but probably par for the course for this type of venue, location and options.

The food throughout the day was beautiful, the salmon was especially delicious! We were just sorry we couldn't eat more!
I loved the hotel, rooms, meal, drinks, service, privacy and location. A perfect spot for my 50th birthday and much commented upon by my guests. Daniel looked after us really well on the night.
Only one server who was a little overwhelmed trying to cope with 20 of us.
The flexibility demonstrated on booking. The service staff on the evening were incredibly helpful too. The venue location was amazing and we received compliments from our guests on the venue choice. Overall food quality was great.
And the wine choices were also really great!
During booking it would have been great if one of the team could have let us know that our point of contact was off sick. Only because of the short timescales for our events, we felt we lost a couple of days in being able to get our invitations out. In the scheme of it, this isn't a major point!
There was just one piece of feedback on the risotto, which is that it was a little hard - however I didn't personally get to try it to be able to make a judgement (hence the 4 stars)! Overall the food was very well received!
Everything was amazing. We had a fantastic seminar. Highly recommended. I thank the staff as well. They were so friendly and helpful.
I was told the staff were fantastic and made everyone feel comfortable.
I was told it the bathroom flushes from upstairs were quite loud through the meeting.
Waited on by a wonderful man who tended to every need we had - nothing was too much! Food was amazing.
Although I did not attend the meeting I had excellent all round feedback from the attendees and we will certainly use Tagvenue again.
I was unaware the room was underground but it wasn't a problem. Apparently when a toilet chain was flushed, the noise could be heard through the pipes but this was more amusing than annoying.
The communication was top notch and the service on the day was amazing! So pleased

Helpful staff when setting up room as well.
Very noisy at times - Outside noise from traffic as well as the sound of flowing water through pipework in the ceiling, as if someone upstairs was using a toilet or shower. This was the only element of the experience that caused distraction during afternoon.
The staff and service were really excellent, and the venue was beautiful, modern and clean. The hotel is in a great location and is easy to find.
This hotel was amazing! The staff and venue was brilliant. Can not thank the lovely manager and staff for being so accommodating and helping organise a fabulous baby shower. The afternoon tea was so much fun - would definately highly recommend this place!
