Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The booking process was seamless, and the event manager was incredibly patient and accommodating with all my changes and surprise requests. On the night, the room setup was beautiful, and the servers were exceptional. Attentive, warm, and proactive without being intrusive. They anticipated our needs beautifully, from topping up drinks to timing the courses perfectly. The food was outstanding and our guests are still raving about it. What really stood out was how the entire team made us feel, not just like customers, but like honored guests. It was a milestone celebration for my husband, and the A-star service made it a memory we'll treasure forever. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Some issues dialling in colleagues for a meeting, not ideal set up in this particular room for that requirement. But staff helped to resolve.

All the staff I spoke to before the event and on the day way professional, responsive and brilliant. Had a lovely event, the food was great and the guests had a fantastic time. I would recommend the hotel for event/parties.

Perfect venue for an off-site team meeting. The team felt very well looked after so we had a very productive session as a result. Lovely light room with direct access to the street for fresh air at break time. Generous catering so very good value for money. Would definitely recommend and book again.
We had a few connectivity issues with the projector so maybe some more detailed instructions would help?
