the staff were amazing, really accommodating and helpful.
Slight confusion on arrival as booked the mezz rather than a space in the ground floor bar but the staff literally sorted it out in minutes and could not have been more helpful. Would have been good to have the mezzanine bar manned though rather than the staff having to come up and down the stairs.
