Kind staff, good location, clean space, much larger meeting room than the picture.
The space was very busy with many people. Lots of spaces are open, so quite noisy.

The common area looks nice and clean, I was able to book on short notice, very friendly staff, good wifi, free coffee and tea
The room is not soundproof at all, it was just next to the coffee machine and common area, everytime the coffee machine was used or people were chatting it got quite loud and difficult to have a teams conversation. I've rented the meeting room because I needed a quiet place, which unfortunately it wasn't. I didn't like that there was a glass door and everybody could look into the room and onto the Monitor.

Easy access. Clear house-keeping from the front-desk team. Clean and tidy room. Access to drinks. Adaptors for connecting to screens. Fast WiFi
Room isn't completely sound-proof, so need to be conscious of privacy-levels required and/or mitigate with your own volume control!
