Celine and the on-site staff had great communication throughout. The furniture was perfect for our event, and the space was comfortable and spacious. They proposed different layouts that would work in the space with the number of guests and that really helped me to plan and visualise how the event would run. The kitchen was well equipped, including induction heaters with conveniently positioned sockets, had a great range of alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks. The cocktails/mocktails were delicious and they even provided free flowing tea and coffee. The facilities were well maintained and kept clean and there was a room that we could use for storage. All the guests were complimentary of the space and it looks exactly like the photos (after all the venues I visited this was rare!). The space was a good price, very reasonable, and so happy that I picked the Hearth for my party!

The venue is very nice and its equipped with everything you would need. The woman that greeted us was very professional and kind.
We had it hired until 9:30 PM but the person that came to clean came at 8:30PM so it felt like we had to be in a rush to get out. Also charging people to rent the cutlery, plates, glasses etc...(which we didnt)makes it even more expensive. I totally understand to pay for something that is broken, but for the amount of money that we paid we had to bring our own plates, glasses, tablecloths, etc We understand its the rules of course and each place is different but as I said, its a lot of money to not have that even included or the cleaning. Everyone is different. Overall we had a lovely night!
