Perfect venue for a wedding reception that has something for everyone. Our party could not have been better! Food was delicious and brought out at the right time; bar staff and front office staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Bowling games were easy to set up and ran seamlessly, as did the karaoke and music. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic place to hold your event! I love that there are different sections for people to interact. All of the games were included in the price which is so good! The service was impeccable from start to finish - Natalie was great putting together a package for me and making sure all details were sent to the venue in advance. The manager on the night along with all his staff were so friendly and attentive. They have a ton of experience with events which made me feel really relaxed! We will definitely be booking again next year for this event.

Very poor communication
Very rude, their prices are listed incorrectly on tagvenue. When I explained this, the person i spoke to was completely ignorant about this, talking over me and eventually hung up just because i asked to speak to a manager or get an email I could contact regarding this. Hopefully this isn't how everyone in the company is and hope the lady I spoke to learns abit more about customer service
