The venue hire prices are based on the access times required for the venue.
If you need specific access times, please let us know, and we will provide a bespoke quote. Please make sure to allow for any setup or de-rig time you may need, as setup and de-rig are included in the venue hire and are chargeable.

MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD
We require a minimum hire period of 5 hours. These 5-hour slots can be scheduled either earlier in the day or later in the evening but cannot be booked during the middle of the day.

EXCLUSIVE HIRE OR SHARED HIRE
It's possible to hire the entire premises exclusively, which includes both the ground floor and the lower ground floor with the catering kitchen, or it is also possible to hire just the ground floor space without the lower ground floor and catering kitchen. Please enquire for a bespoke quote.

FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED BASIS
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve the date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

- The venue got very hot once all the guests had arrived, this is to be expected if a room is full of people but would have been good to have air conditioning. - After feedback from guests we don't feel the bad Santa went down too well and everyone thought he was a gate crasher.
