Really good size space. The space is perfect for a party. Some tables and floor space. Good food.

Music has to be turned down at 11 but you can go downstairs for until 2am.

I booked a space 5 months ahead of the date for 60 people for my birthday. Spoke over email to confirm and check the booking the week before. On arrival the tables weren't free. No attempt to make them free happened. Instead I was offered 1 table in a different place

Yes, decorations are permitted, but glitter is not. The room is held for one hour before each booking for setup, and earlier drop-off or preparation can be arranged by contacting the venue.

No. The outside door is a fire escape, so guests have to go downstairs to use the garden.
