Tom, Shar and the staff were very accommodating to our needs and helped witches things around last minute. The staff were very attentive on the night and set up everything for us before we arrived. The food and drink came on time and when asked and everything was well organised.
Lovely service, everything happened as planned
Unfortunately there was no heating and our space needed to be changed, if this hadn't happened we would of given 5 stars. Little bit hard to find location wise, but having said that its only 5 minutes from Liverpool St.
The venue is detached from main venue. Very private, own bar and spacious. Bartenders are very nice! Hidden Gem
Was not told there is a karaoke. The speakers' quality was satisfactory.
Atomosphere of the venue is lovely. All the attendants in our party like the space. Course food is reasonable too!
The waiter's (one of the ladys) way of serving the food was quite casual..
