About this space

We are extremely fortunate to have a large outside space within our premises and are proud to be able to offer it to you for a very low price. The space is available for summer drinks, parties etc.

There are six tables that sit eight people each with standing room for a further fifty (approx.) people.

- The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the LDBS SCITT building and its contents for the duration of their booking
- Due to the organisation of our work, we cannot make the venue available before the venue hire. Thank you for your understanding.
- All customers are obliged to know the location of the fire alarms, the fire extinguishers, the fire evacuation route, as well as the assembly point of the building, which is outside Bishopsdale House further along West End Lane. If you suspect a fire, raise the alarm immediately.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
