The space can also be hired as a breakout room offering a little more privacy than our communal kitchen areas. it has a large flat screen, perfect for presentations.

- The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the LDBS SCITT building and its contents for the duration of their booking
- Due to the organisation of our work, we cannot make the venue available before the venue hire. Thank you for your understanding.
- All customers are obliged to know the location of the fire alarms, the fire extinguishers, the fire evacuation route, as well as the assembly point of the building, which is outside Bishopsdale House further along West End Lane. If you suspect a fire, raise the alarm immediately.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Friendly staff, easy to book, venue was as described.
Not great soundproofing, quite loud around the place. Was warned about this in advance so not a big problem, but bear in mind if you're recording sound/filming/having a quiet meeting. And fairlyexpensive for what you get, but in a good London location, not extortionate.
