Roof Garden, a private outdoor garden at The Brunel Museum, is a compact, sheltered roof terrace that provides an intimate outdoor setting.
Design: The Roof Garden presents a small, enclosed layout finished in gravel and pale-painted timber; layered planting and a single taller specimen add vertical interest and keep the scale informal.
Features: The Roof Garden benefits from natural daylight, perimeter planting that screens the space, built-in timber bench seating and a gravel surface suitable for lightweight tables or drink service; high fencing provides privacy and wind shelter.
Ideal for: Intimate groups seeking a relaxed, social standing reception or an informal seated conversation in an outdoor setting.
What guests say: The Roof Garden is atmospheric and pleasant.
No smoking in the building.
