LOCKES is a neighbourhood cocktail bar in the centre of theatre land, located in the heart of Covent Garden and Holborn, three minutes walk from Covent Garden tube station.
In the three years since we opened, this independent, family owned bar has established its reputation as a fantastic party venue with incredible hospitality delivered by Marco and his team who pride themselves on hosting their guests as they would host their friends in their own home (check out our 4.6 stars on GOOGLE REVIEWS!)
This beautiful bar, split over two floors, offers a curated list of classic cocktails and seasonal house signatures, bottled beers, and over 30 wines as well as some amazing pizzas. The basement bar has its own bar and capacity for up to 60 guests and is ideal for private parties.
With seating available for up to 25 guests, and 60 guests for a standing reception, our downstairs bar is the perfect space for private parties of all nature. Whilst the room is private and available to you and your guests for the evening, the W.C. are located in the back area of the room and shared with guests residing in the main bar located upstairs. Children are welcome, but we are an 18+ venue after 6pm.
At LOCKES the music is an essential part of our brand, along with our amazing cocktails and exceptional service. We have an outstanding sound system and years of experience curating the perfect music for any occasion. For this reason our team needs to stay in control of the music and so guests are not able to play their own music or bring their own DJ.

Fantastic space for a private party with your own bar. Amazing bar staff who made the best cocktails.
The only negative is that the toilets for the whole venue are off the private bar so people who are not part of the private event walk through the room to use the bathrooms.
Lovely venue .. great location
Booked downstairs but booking was changed to up.. and placed near the door which was ok .. just didn't expect it.
