About this space
The Downstairs Cocktail Bar has its own bar and capacity for up to 60 guests for a standing reception (seating available for 25) and is ideal for private parties. Whilst the room is private and available to you and your guests for the evening, the W.C.s are located in the back area of the room and are shared with guests residing in the main bar located upstairs. Children are welcome, but we are an 18+ venue after 9pm.

For the Cocktail Bar Tables for 50 guests, the Downstairs Cocktail Bar for 60 guests, the Entire Ground Floor for 100 guests, the Entire Venue for 160 guests the cancellation policy is as follows.
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
For the Window Tables for 20 guests and the Green Sofa for 30 guests the following cancellation policy apples -
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Very professional staff, both in pre-planning & on the day itself. Efficient and organized. On the night itself the service was top drawer. I find a lot of cocktail bars actually make mediocre drinks, but these guys know what they are doing! Bottom line, this is a classy venue in a perfect location, with extremely friendly bar stafff
One drawback is that pizza service ends approximately 9PM, which I didnt know ahead of time. However, the venue were good enough to make an exception for me when I ordered at 10 PM, but that was a one-off exception.
Fantastic service. Prompt responses and really professional and helpful. Bar staff were great. Food was awesome and guests were really well looked after - superb location and really recommend for a party !
The venue was perfect for my event. Staff were absolutely amazing, flexible and kind. Staff were so helpful throughout and I didn't worry about a thing. Having your own bar staff is such a benefit and the bartender at the end of the night really made sure we didn't waste a drop of wine! The air conditioning made the experience really enjoyable as well. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to plan a party.
The service was impeccable and they accommodated all our needs. The team were really helpful and everyone who attended loved the venue and the drinks/food.
