The Downstairs Bar at Lockes Bar
About this space
With seating available for up to 25 guests, and 60 guests for a standing reception, our downstairs bar is the perfect space for private parties of all nature. Whilst the room is private and available to you and your guests for the evening, the W.C. are located in the back area of the room and shared with guests residing in the main bar located upstairs. Children are welcome, but we are an 18+ venue after 6pm.
Whether you're looking for somewhere to host your annual Birthday get-together, your office social or a catch-up with friends, we can provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere where all guests feel at home from arrival to departure. Our intricately designed interior gives a comfortable and sophisticated feel, we would be delighted to play host to any special event you might have in mind.

Great space, cocktails and service!
Great service! I was well catered for by fun, accommodating and friendly staff. The bar had a nice feel to it as it was not too show-y or tacky but not trying too hard either. Perfect for a range of celebrations!

About Lockes Bar
Lockes is located in the heart of Covent Garden and Holborn, a stones-throw from both tube stations. Our goal is to introduce our guests to the high-quality drink and food that we love and host as we would in our own home.
We pride ourselves on our friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere, as we aim to make you feel at home the second you walk through our doors. We offer a curated list of classic cocktails and seasonal house signatures, draught and bottled beers, and over 30 wines available by the glass.
