About this space

The Lockhouse is a canal-side pub with a bright, open-plan industrial interior and high ceilings that emphasise an airy, social layout.

Design: The interior is industrial and open-plan, with exposed ductwork, concrete floors and a mix of long communal tables and smaller booths; tall glazing brings daylight across the space.

Features: The venue has a full-service bar and an open kitchen servery visible from the main room. The venue also provides a dance floor, free Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, multiple TV screens for live sport and outdoor seating.

Ideal for: Groups wanting a relaxed, social mix of seated dining and standing drinks in an informal, high-ceilinged setting.

What sets it apart: A red, shipping-container-style feature wall with large branded lettering serves as a bold focal point along the main room.

What guests say: The food is consistently excellent and the service is friendly and attentive. The space is also well suited to watching live sport.
