The Hendrix Room at Clapham Junction is a guest favourite and a must-book if you’re looking for a semi-exclusive space for up to 40 guests.
With it’s sequin walls, lightbox corridor and floral furniture, it's the perfect space for birthdays and all other celebrations with our karaoke option!
The interior takes inspiration from Jimi Hendrix with a mix of pink and green, lined with velvet booths and pink neon lights. The story goes that Gloria always threw the wildest parties, made the best whiskey sour, and had the best legs in Soho. Now she’s extended her legendary reign of rockstar joints across the river to the Southwest.

Lovely staff, the lady looking after us was great, giving us cocktail recommendations and was just joyful. We had a great night, space is on the smaller side, but we got comfortably.
How difficult it was to get a hold of someone to book the space. The time it took for me to say yes I would like to book on tag venue to getting a response was ridiculous, I also called multiple times with no answer or call back, I emailed, I even tried insta dms. Also I found lots of random people kept coming into the space as it’s not clear that it’s a private event.

We loved the private space as we thought it was the perfect size for our group and well decorated. We were also able to decorate the room as much as we liked. The music was a varied fun mix of popular music. The service was fantastic and the staff were lovely
The food and drinks packages were great and provided lots of variety. However, we had to order more food packages than we would have liked to and, as we expected, lots of food was left over and not finished.

Poor communication
Took too long to get back (nearly 10 days from first message until now, would reply and not answer my questions, etc.). When I requested a 6 PM booking from the get-go, it took so long to get back to me from the first message the room has now since been booked until 8:30PM. If you're going to use TagVenue as one of your platforms, I'd hope you'd not leave folks on read for days, as now I am seeking alternative solutions uncomfortably close to the event.
