Very poor communication
We arranged everything with the central sales team, but when we arrived we discovered no microphone, no speaker for spotify, and smaller venue that expected. It became apparent the central team had only confirmed with the Venue 2 weeks ago, despite our booking a couple of months ago, and hadn’t discussed our AV requirements. Fortunately the venue did a great job helping solve these problems, but it would appear the communication between the central team and the venue is awful.
