• Responsible drinking: please drink responsibly. Anyone who appears intoxicated or is behaving inappropriately may be refused further service or asked to leave
• Respect our staff: our staff are here to look after you. Verbal or physical abuse, threatening behaviour or harassment will not be tolerated
• No aggressive or disruptive behaviour: fighting, threatening behaviour, excessive disruption or behaviour that affects other guests will result in removal from the premises
• Respect other guests: please be considerate of other customers. Unwanted behaviour, harassment or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated
• Outside food & drink: not permitted unless agreed with management in advance
• Furniture & equipment: please do not stand on furniture, move fixtures or misuse any equipment. Charges may apply for damage
• Bookings & events: please follow the terms of your booking or private hire. Additional charges may apply for extended time, damage or other agreed services
• Right of refusal: management reserves the right to refuse entry or service and to ask guests to leave where necessary to maintain the safety and comfort of staff and customers
• Leaving the premises: once asked to leave, guests must do so promptly and peacefully
