Screen 8 is the venue’s largest auditorium, accommodating up to 255 guests with VIP seating, Ultra Lux and Lux recliner options. The space also includes two wheelchair bays.
The auditorium features laser projection and Dolby Digital surround sound, making it suitable for product launches, panel discussions, presentations and content screenings. The laser projection provides brighter, edge-to-edge images with improved contrast and colour while offering greater energy efficiency. Dedicated in-house AV support is also available for events.

The package is based on venue hire from 08:00 to 18:00, including setup and breakdown, with a minimum of 100 guests. It includes the main plenary space and designated catering and networking areas within the public foyer or corridors.
The in-house AV package includes use of the cinema projector and sound system, a lectern, clicker, two handheld wireless microphones, a sound mixer, cabling, an advance laptop test and one technician. External AV suppliers can be considered for more extensive technical requirements.
Digital branding includes two digital posters positioned in public corridors near the screen entrance, with additional digital screens available if required. The full-day catering package includes a tea and coffee station, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea with cakes. A check-in desk can also be set up in the main foyer.
