Take over all of New Meta for your event. Exclusive hire gives you the entire venue — the ground-floor console and social area, the 5v5 Battle Arena, the main gaming floor of [30+] competition-spec PCs, sim racing rigs, private duo rooms and soundproof streaming booths — as one private, fully-hosted space on Upper Street, Islington.
It's a genuine turnkey production venue, not a blank room. Everything is built in: high-spec gaming across PC, console and sim, big-screen displays, live-streaming and broadcast capability, dedicated fibre internet, a licensed bar and our in-house event and technical team. That means no juggling suppliers — we handle the tech, the format and the production, and build the day around your brief.
Perfect for corporate away days and company takeovers, product launches and brand activations, esports tournaments, press and creator days, large team socials, Christmas and summer parties, and filming. Add catering, bar packages, security, filming and dedicated event management as required. Available for half-days, full-days and evenings.

Host rules
• All gaming equipment, PCs, consoles and sim rigs must be treated with care — damage to equipment will be charged to the hirer.
• No food or drinks at gaming stations. Food and drink are permitted in designated areas only.
• No outside food or drink — catering and bar packages are available through the venue. (Exception: pre-agreed external catering arranged with our team.)
• Alcohol may only be consumed if purchased from our licensed bar, and only by guests aged 18+. Challenge 25 applies.
• Under-18s: [permitted before 5pm / only at private daytime events / with adult supervision — confirm your policy].
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the venue.
• Music and noise levels must be kept within venue limits; all amplified sound is managed by our team.
• Guest numbers must not exceed the agreed capacity for your booking.
• No decorations fixed to walls, screens or equipment without prior approval — no confetti, glitter or open flames.
• Nothing may be moved, unplugged or reconfigured on the tech setup without a member of our team.
• All guests must vacate by the agreed end time; late departure is charged at the hourly extension rate.
• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of their guests. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on abusive or discriminatory behaviour.
• Setup and pack-down must take place within the booked hire period unless agreed in advance.
• The space must be left in reasonable condition; excessive cleaning or waste removal will be charged.
