Host rules
• Guests should be indoors between 9:00pm and 9:30pm to help contain noise levels, as we are in a conservation area near residential homes
• All pedestrian gates in the park remain open; however, the Hall team recommends using the Herne Hill gate, as it is the closest and easiest to locate in the dark. It can get quite dark in the park, so guests will need to take care and stick to the pathways when leaving
• There is no vehicle access on site, and access for the duration of the event is restricted to the café and terrace areas only
• If you are planning to provide your own wines, you may arrange a morning drop-off (on the day of your event or the day before) via the gate on Brockwell Park Gardens, which should be open at that time. We kindly ask that any drop-off is completed within 15 minutes
• If you are planning any table decorations, please note that open flames are not permitted, so candles cannot be used
• Access to our music system is provided via a protected WiFi connection separate from the guest WiFi, so direct control is not possible. However, if you can share your preferred Spotify playlist in advance, we can ensure it is playing from the start of the event
• Please note that we will not be able to grant access to the second door leading onto the terrace from the exhibition space
