About this space

HQI is a 1,500 sq. ft. circular studio and event space in a former BBC building at White City Place. The industrial interior features exposed brick, steel beams, concrete flooring, a conical skylight, and 7 m ceilings.

The space can be used as a daylight or blackout studio and suits parties, screenings, talks, exhibitions, photo and video shoots, live performances, and production events. It includes a custom sound system, DJ decks, microphones, controllable lighting, a 4K projector with a 200-inch screen, and room dividers.

A private kitchen/green room, bar area, shower, five toilets, and outdoor smoking area are also available. There is 24-hour loading access, with parking for up to two pre-booked vehicles.
