About this space
The top floor offers excellent visibility and strong exposure to passing footfall, making it particularly well suited to artists, designers and brands looking to showcase and sell artwork or products.
The generous wall space provides plenty of flexibility for displaying artwork, photography, products, installations or creative displays, allowing you to customise the space around your event or exhibition.
With its bright, contemporary gallery atmosphere, the top floor is an ideal setting for exhibitions, retail showcases, private views, pop-ups, product launches and creative events.
Space is available to hire from September 7th, 2026.
Prices
The deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, as the date and space are reserved exclusively for the client.
Cancellation charges:
30+ days before: Deposit retained; any additional payment refunded.
14–29 days: 50% of the total booking fee retained.
7–13 days: 75% retained.
Less than 7 days: 100% of the booking fee retained.
On the day / no-show: 100% retained.
Requests to change the date or booking details are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation.
Where applicable, a separate refundable security deposit may be required to cover damage, excessive cleaning, loss or additional costs. Subject to inspection, this will normally be returned within 7 working days.
If London Contemporary Art cancels a booking, venue hire fees paid will be refunded. By paying the deposit or booking fee, the client confirms acceptance of these terms.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the gallery or building.
• Guests must treat the gallery, artwork, furniture and equipment with care.
• Do not touch, move or hang anything on artwork or walls without prior approval.
• No nails, screws, staples, tape, adhesives or fixings may be used without permission.
• Any damage to the gallery, artwork, furniture or equipment may result in an additional charge.
• The number of guests must not exceed the agreed capacity for the booking.
• The gallery must only be used for the purpose agreed at the time of booking.
• No illegal, dangerous or hazardous activities are permitted.
• Open flames, candles, smoke machines or similar effects require prior approval.
• Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and must be consumed responsibly.
• Guests must respect neighbours and keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly during evening events.
• Kitchen facilities must be left clean and all equipment returned to its original position.
• At the end of the booking, all personal belongings, decorations and event materials must be removed.
• The space must be vacated by the agreed end time. Additional charges may apply for overstaying.
• The host or gallery representative reserves the right to stop activities that are unsafe, inappropriate or likely to cause damage to the space or artwork.
