TERMS & CONDITIONS (SUMMARY)
BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
• All event bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by The Royal Parks.
• A booking is confirmed once the signed booking details are returned and the required deposit is received.
• Bookings apply only to the agreed date, time, location and number of guests.
PAYMENT
• A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in line with the payment schedule set out in your booking details.
• All prices are subject to VAT.
CANCELLATIONS
• The deposit is nonrefundable in all circumstances.
• Cancellation charges increase closer to the event date: - More than 30 days before: no additional charges (deposit retained).- 14–30 days before: 50% of total charges payable.- Less than 14 days before: 100% of charges payable.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
USE OF THE PARK & SPORTING AREAS
• Events must take place only within the agreed area and time slot.
• Guests must behave responsibly and follow all park rules, comply with booking terms and conditions and always follow staff instructions.
• Temporary structures or equipment require advance consent.
CATERING
• Catering, where booked, is provided exclusively by approved onsite catering partners.
• Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed at least 15 business days before the event.
• While dietary needs will be accommodated where possible, allergenfree environments cannot be guaranteed.
WEATHER & PARK CLOSURES
• Events may be cancelled due to unsafe weather, park closures or emergencies.
• In such cases, you will be offered a refund or alternative date where possible.
