About this space

Event Space is a venue at Old Soho Spaces in central London. It works for meetings, presentations, receptions, workshops, community events, and private celebrations.

The space holds up to 120 guests standing and includes seating for up to 80. Tables are available to configure the room for conferences, training sessions, dining events, exhibitions, networking functions, and creative activities.

The venue includes an AV setup: projector with a large wall projection area, tables, chairs, flipchart, dividing screens, PA system with microphones, music stands, Clavinova piano, Bluetooth sound system, and high-speed fibre-optic broadband. Spot lighting across the room adds flexibility for presentations, performances, and events.

A kitchen is included with the hire for external catering. The venue has separate male and female toilet facilities and step-free access.

An adjacent private yard is included in the booking, providing breakout space or fresh-air access. Please note that indoor events are required after 9:00 pm.

Event Space is used for corporate meetings, talks, workshops, receptions, networking events, community gatherings, creative projects, and private functions.
