Host rules
• No smoking in the building, on the terrace or around the property
• Damage to the space will result in extra charge
• Venue hire includes the room as booked, standard furniture layout and in-room AV.
• Alternative room layouts may be accommodated with advance notice.
• External catering is welcome. A Flexible Catering Fee may apply.
• Access outside your booked hire period is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• All deliveries and collections must be arranged in advance with the MYO Events team.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused during the event.
• The venue must be vacated by the agreed finish time unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Additional production, branding and staffing can be arranged on request.
• Music, entertainment and alcohol are subject to prior approval.
• Final guest numbers and event requirements must be confirmed prior to the event.
• Exclusive venue hire options are available for larger events.
• Project Rooms and the First Floor Lounge can be hired individually or as part of a wider event across The Stables.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
