• No external catering is permitted. All food must be arranged through the Hollywood Arms kitchen.
• Decorations such as flowers, table decorations and helium balloons are permitted. Please check with the venue before bringing any other decorations.
• Confetti, glitter and streamers are not permitted.
• Music must be kept at a reasonable volume in consideration of neighbouring residents.
• All events must finish by the venue's closing time: 11pm Sunday to Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday.
• Guests must treat the venue, furniture, fixtures and equipment with care. Any damage should be reported to venue staff.
• Please follow all instructions given by venue staff throughout your event.
• Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, other customers and neighbouring properties.
• Any special requests, event arrangements or additional equipment must be agreed with the venue in advance.
