The space holds up to 40 guests and features Zapoi's botanical interior, colourful design, seating, and the full cocktail service. Guests have access to a private bar area and a music programme.
Located on Rye Lane, a short walk from Peckham Rye Station. The Front Lounge is available for both daytime and evening hire. Catering options, drinks packages, DJs, and custom event arrangements can be organised on request.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due before the event.
Exclusive use of the Front Lounge includes dedicated seating, use of the sound system, and event support from our team.

Host rules
To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests and staff, please note the following venue rules:
- No smoking or vaping inside the venue
- No pets are allowed on the premises
- Strictly 18+ for all private hires and evening events
- External DJs or entertainment must be approved in advance
- No outside alcohol permitted—our fully licensed bar must be used for all beverage service
- Noise levels must remain respectful, particularly for daytime events
- Decorations and signage must be approved to avoid damage to walls or fixtures
- Use of confetti, glitter, or open flames (e.g., candles) is not permitted unless pre-approved
- Final guest numbers and event schedule must be confirmed 5 days before the event
- All event activity must conclude by 1 am (venue closes at 1:30 am)
