The Mess Bar is an open sci-fi themed bar area described as "the retro-fitted engine bay of the UCN Warspite". The bar is fully stocked and serves tea, coffee, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.

Design
The interior uses glossy black and mirrored surfaces, exposed metal ductwork and angular ceiling panels, with concentrated blue and purple lighting punctuating a low, compact room.

Features
The space includes a staffed bar counter with visible bottle shelving, glassware storage and service sinks. The room also has a PA system and speakers, permission to play your own music and to bring a DJ, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning, plus wheelchair access, accessible toilets and a step‑free guest entrance.
