Flexible adjacent areas can be configured as VIP spaces or breakout areas with seating, depending on the booking.
The venue includes an 86-inch TV screen, two wireless microphones, and a DJ booth — used for corporate receptions, product launches, networking evenings, private celebrations, and Christmas parties.

By booking an event at Arcade you agree to the following terms and conditions:
To confirm your event a contract, signed by you (the client) and Arcade (the venue), is required.
Following this a 25% non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit payment based on the contracted total of the event (if booking more than 28 days before the event date) is required within 48 hours to fully secure the event, otherwise the event date may be released by the team.
Please note: if booking 28 or less days before the event date, a 100% payment based on the contracted total of the event will be needed.
The 25% deposit paid is non-refundable and non-transferrable, even if the event is cancelled, with a further non-refundable payment of the remaining balance to be paid at least 28 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations: The venue reserves the right to retain 100% of the fees if notified of a cancellation less than 28 days prior to the event.
A food and beverage pre-order, along with all guest dietary requirements (including allergies), is required to complete the event function sheet.
If this is not provided at least 7 days before the event, a function sheet will be created by the Events Team up to the value of the contracted total, based on the venue’s recommendations. Any changes will be at the venue’s discretion.
Any pre-paid, unused monies on the day of the booking or event are non-refundable and non-transferable after the event end.
Additional food and drinks ordered on the day are subject to availability and must be paid for at the venue.
